Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a 6-year-old female client in Wilton, Connecticut.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about pediatric care and has the specialized clinical skills to provide safe, attentive, and individualized care in a comfortable home environment.
Available Shifts * 12-hour day shifts * 12-hour overnight shifts * Weekend shifts * Week day shifts * Flexible per diem scheduling

Required Qualifications * Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license * Current BLS certification * Previous , tracheostomy (trach), and NG tube experience REQUIRED * Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in a acute care or home care setting * Authorized to work in the United States * Valid driver's license preferred * Physical completed within the last 12 months * Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
