The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Soho House Amsterdam, part of a global creative community and recently awarded a Michelin Key.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. Soho House offers a unique platform to grow, connect, and thrive within a premium lifestyle brand.
What you’ll do
* Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required) * Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards * Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency * Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Bartender * A positive team player with strong communication skills * Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays) * Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic * Good English required (additional languages are a plus)

* Compensation: above statutory minumum. From 2511€ to 2718€, based on experience (no youth salary when younger than 20 y/o) * Travel allowance > 7.5km * Healthy team meals during your shift * Soho Friends Membership with discounts on F&B (50%), rooms and Cowshed * Friends & Family rate for rooms (discount depends on period & occupancy) * One paid moving day per year * Two paid volunteering days per year * Introduce a star and you could be eligible to receive a € 300 (gross) bonus
