Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides exceptional in-home care services to adult clients throughout the community.

As a Clinical Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while mentoring and developing a team of dedicated nurses.
As a Clinical Manager, you will:
* Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care * Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field * Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation * Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality, compliance, and positive patient outcomes * Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities * Participate in the training and development of new nurses * Coordinate and provide ongoing education and in-service training for field staff * Collaborate with office leadership to support operational and clinical goals
Qualifications:
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required * Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required * Experience working with adult clients required * Previous home care or home health experience preferred * Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred * Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills * Reliable transportation required
