What You Will Bring

* At least 3 years’ experience in a senior operations or management position. * Strong experience managing resources and utilisation across multiple teams or departments. * Good commercial and financial understanding, including budgets, forecasting, WIP and project profitability. * Experience overseeing project delivery and resolving operational and client challenges. * Strong stakeholder and client management skills. * An understanding of health, safety, quality and technical standards. * A degree or relevant professional experience within surveying, engineering, construction or a related discipline would be advantageous. * The ability to travel to UK offices, project sites and client locations when required. * The right to work in the UK and fluent English language skills.
