Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions * Deliver excellent customer service and support * Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and generate new business * Maintain client records and follow up on inquiries * Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve company goals
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional attitude and positive personality * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
