Berman Kia of Lincolnwood is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team!
Location: Berman Kia of Lincolnwood Job Title: Service Advisor Schedule: Full Time Compensation: $100,000+ annually (base salary + commission position)

What You’ll Do
* Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival * Gather customer and vehicle information * Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs * Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history * Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts * Keep customers updated on repair status and timelines * Clearly explain completed work and associated costs * Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion * Work closely with technicians, parts staff, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Qualifications
* 1+ year of Service Writing experience required * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and earn customer trust * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service needs and recommendations * Proficient in computer systems and automotive service software * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
