Job Description
Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded leader to manage and grow our scientific service operations across Sweden.
As PSS Manager Sweden, you will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary teams embedded within pharmaceutical and life science client environments, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client service, and strong employee engagement. You will act as the primary operational partner for our clients while collaborating closely with Eurofins leadership teams across the Nordics and Europe.

Qualifications
* Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline. * 7-10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector. * Demonstrated success in leading scientific, laboratory, or technical operations teams. * Strong understanding of GMP and regulated pharmaceutical environments. * Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships. * Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a complex operational setting. * Strong business and commercial awareness combined with excellent people leadership skills. * Fluent in both Swedish and English.
