What you'll be doing:
* Leading the Team: Hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza-loving employees. Fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Ensuring Operational Efficiency: Managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. * Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. * Driving Sales and Profitability: Implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives. * Maintain a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required * Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements * A commitment to providing exceptional customer service * A love for pizza is a definite plus!
