The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our underwriting and operations team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the insurance industry, including support, policy processing, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with preparing submissions, reviewing documents, and supporting the underwriting process * Actively participate in day-to-day operations, including data entry, file management, and system updates * Learn how to review policies, claims, and risk information while contributing to team workflows * Collaborate with team members on projects and gain exposure to agency communications * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and discussions to build industry knowledge
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and communication skills * Detail-oriented and able to multitask * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Interest in insurance or financial services
