About the role
* Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities * Help kids with activities of daily living and encourage independence * Support developmentally appropriate activities and daily schedules * Work as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision
What we’re looking for * Great communicator – clear, warm and easy to understand * An ability to really engage with children, not just watch them! * Comfortable with basic computer use and learning electronic charting * Childcare/healthcare experience preferred * Current negative TB test (PPD) required * Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification required
