What You'll Do
* Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems * Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow and mechanical issues * Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits and controls * Perform maintenance and system tune-ups * Provide customers with clear repair options and recommendations * Identify legitimate system replacement and upgrade opportunities * Present repair estimates and options using ServiceTitan * Educate customers about memberships, IAQ products and financing * Maintain accurate invoices, photos, equipment information and job notes * Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle * Participate in scheduled after-hours/weekend coverage as needed
Who We're Looking For
We're especially interested in technicians who are motivated by growth.
You should have:
* 3+ years of HVAC service/repair experience preferred * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities * EPA Section 608 certification preferred/required as applicable * Excellent communication and customer-service skills * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record * Professional appearance and attitude * Strong work ethic and personal accountability * ServiceTitan experience is a major plus
