The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do in This Role:
* Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments. * Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met. * Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner. * Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards. * Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays. * Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed. * Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily. * Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary. * Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly. * Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located. * Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed. * Effectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.
What We Are Looking For:
* 5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment * Demonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees * High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred. * Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions * Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred. * Forklift Certification preferred
