Professional Experience * Perform inspections, diagnostics, and full-scale repairs on refrigeration units and APUs for a wide range of commercial fleet vehicles.
* Collaborate daily with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain findings and provide recommendations. * Submit accurate and timely paperwork, ensuring every job is documented to company standards.
Education & Certifications * Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) * DOT Physical Certified * Technical degree or certification is a plus
