Freelance Translators (Medical Benefits)
TransPerfect is seeking experienced freelance translators with expertise in Medical Benefits field. We are establishing a dedicated team of preferred language specialists who will play a key role in delivering high-quality MedBens translations for our clients in the coming months.
Language Pair: English into Japanese
Requirements:
* Native speaker of Japanese.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Proven experience translating content in Medical Benefits.
* Acute attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
* Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.
* Freelance/remote – candidates can be located anywhere in the world.
Important Note:
* Applicants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete free Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading/QM tests respectively to evaluate their skills.

Requirements
Candidates MUST also fulfil any ONE of the following requirements:
* A Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education;
* 2 years of translation experience and a college degree;
* 5 years of translation experience and no college degree; or
* A certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body.
