WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
* Compute-intensive services that run calculations over large numbers of instruments and inputs. * Distributed, event-driven systems that combine results across large portfolio hierarchies. * Market and reference data that has to be checked and transformed before it can be used. * Representing how financial instruments behave across asset classes. * Integrating third-party libraries. * Mentoring engineers and setting the bar for design, testing and code review.
WHAT YOU BRING
* 10+ years of professional software development in C++, Java or Python. * A proven track record of performance-critical, high-volume systems in production. * Experience with parallel and distributed computing, messaging and event-driven architectures. * A solid grounding in financial mathematics and in financial instruments across asset classes. * A degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science or similar.
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience from investment management, trading or capital markets, close to the front office. * Experience with cloud-native platforms.
