Qualifications
* Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ideally certified * Initial experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus * Strong understanding of holistic recruiting processes, including their intersections with adjacent modules such as Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals (G&P), and Employee Central * Strong consulting skills, empathy & conceptual thinking * A passion for teamwork & continuous development * Excellent German and English language skills
