Testing and implementation

* Design, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts, recording results and providing clear, actionable insights to inform go/no-go decisions. * Ensure unit and integration testing is carried out thoroughly, with timely resolution of defects and stakeholder sign-off. * Oversee change management activities, including communications, training and post-implementation support documentation. * Champion continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Attributes:

* Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects. * Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality outcomes. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong team ethic; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across functions and organisational levels, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict resolution. * Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and proactive approach to making progress through complexity and uncertainty.

Qualifications and experience:

* Proven experience managing technology initiatives and implementing technology solutions, including complex, multi-stakeholder projects. * Experience managing system implementation projects, preferably in a similar industry or environment. * Experience managing technology vendor relationships. * Experience managing technology change and supporting or leading organisational change initiatives, with a strong understanding of change management frameworks and best practices. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks, such as PRINCE2, Agile and those established by PMI. * Experience working closely with internal governance and oversight groups, such as a PMO. * Experience designing, managing or overseeing UAT cycles, including documenting test cases and reporting outcomes. * A professional project management certification would be desirable. * Experience working in non-profit, international organisations or standard-setting bodies would be desirable.
