About the Role
A great club experience starts with a clean, fresh, welcoming space, and our Hospitality team makes that happen every day. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Hospitality Team Members to keep our club spotless, from locker rooms and studios to fitness floors and common areas. You’ll also handle laundry and help set up spaces for classes, programs, and club events.
This role is great for anyone who takes pride in a job well done and wants to be part of a supportive, member-focused team. No experience required; we’ll train you. Full-time and part-time positions available.
What You’ll Do
* Clean and maintain locker rooms, restrooms, studios, fitness areas, courts, and common spaces * Keep the club fresh and stocked throughout the day, including towels, toiletries, and supplies * Wash, dry, fold, and distribute towels and laundry * Set up and break down rooms for classes, programs, meetings, and club events * Spot and report maintenance or safety issues * Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and proper use of cleaning products * Greet members with a friendly, helpful attitude * Support other hospitality and facility needs as they come up
What You Bring
* A strong eye for detail and pride in a clean, welcoming space * Dependability and a strong work ethic * A friendly, positive, team-first attitude * Ability to stay on your feet for a full shift, push carts, and lift up to 40 lbs * Availability that includes early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends * Hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or club experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience.
