Otterly Baths is a growing bathroom remodeling company focused on fast, high-quality bath and shower transformations. We keep a steady pipeline of projects and are looking for hardworking helpers who want to learn the trade and grow with a team that takes pride in its work.
What You’ll Do
* Assist lead installers with acrylic and solid surface shower and tub installations * Help with demolition and removal of existing tubs, showers, and surrounds * Prep job sites, including protecting floors, carrying in materials, and staging tools * Assist with substrate prep, minor framing, backer board, and leveling * Support plumbing work such as valve, drain, and trim installations * Load, unload, and transport materials and debris * Keep job sites clean and organized during and after each install * Learn installation methods and quality standards from experienced installers
What We’re Looking For
* Basic construction experience (demo, framing, carpentry, or remodeling) * Basic plumbing experience and comfort working with drains, supply lines, and fittings * Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the day * Reliable transportation to the shop and job sites * Professional, respectful demeanor in customers’ homes * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn * Valid driver’s license and a clean background check
