We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer (3 to 6 Months Experience) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English (Mandatory) and a basic understanding of IT support and server environments. Responsibilities:
* Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues * Troubleshoot system, email, and user access problems * Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems * Support Windows/Linux servers * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and user systems remotely * Help users with password resets, system access, and general IT issues * Assist in basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN) * Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware (basic tasks) * Support basic Cisco networking tasks and troubleshooting * Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices * Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures
Requirements
* Good communication skills in English (Mandatory) * Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshootingBasic understanding of servers and networking * Familiarity with VMware, Cisco, and Cybersecurity concepts (basic level) * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Willingness to learn and grow in IT field * Problem-solving attitude and team player
