You Will:
* Supervise the financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries. * Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices. * Provide financial support and guidance to business managers. * Oversee financial processes of subsidiaries, including providing financial data, operating reporting and processing systems. * Manage accounts receivable and evaluate credit risk. * Control and forecast cash flow, alongside overseeing payment management. * Prepare financial data for consolidation in financial reporting and management. * Assist in developing and implementing procedures and systems to support financial and accounting processes within the Capital Group. * Prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts. * Collaborate with the central finance team, business departments, profit center managers, and the Board of Directors. * Lead, mentor, and direct a small team.
Desired Experience:
* University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling or auditing. * Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance. * Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets. * Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles. * Proficient in English. * Familiarity with IFRS. * Preferred: working knowledge of tax law. * Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. * Desired traits: initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail and logical thinking.
