What You'll Do:
* Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility. * Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices. * Help maintain a clean and safe environment. * Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team. * Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.
What You'll Need:
* Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required) * Clean IDPH background record (required) * Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
