Location: Spain, Portugal, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania (remote)
How you'll make an impact:
* Prototype, design, develop, and publish Power BI reports;
* Develop Power BI data models and recommend best practices for report creation and visualizations;
* Translate business needs into technical specifications;
* Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather business requirements for analytics and reporting;
* Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to create data mart designs;
* Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance;
* Implement security in reports and dashboards;
* Build and modify tables and views, and optimize SQL queries and indexes as needed;
* Implement security on developed dashboards in accordance with security and access requirements;
* Create technical documentation for the BI solution.
What makes you a great fit:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field;
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in reporting and dashboard development;
* 2+ years of reporting and analytics using Power BI;
* Excellent knowledge of M Query, DAX, data modeling, and RLS;
* Understanding of data warehouse, data lake, and ETL concepts;
* Mastery of SQL;
* Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise big data platforms;
* Hands-on experience delivering finance reporting and BI solutions for finance stakeholders;
* Advanced level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to work in a global company with colleagues from many countries and cultures;
* Good communication and persuasion skills;
* Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business representatives;
* Proven ability to work both independently and as part of an international project team.
Will be a plus:
* French language proficiency.
