What would you be doing:
* Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.
* Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
* Executing marketing campaigns via Facebook ads, traffic sources, Google ads, and other marketing tools.
* Prepare performance reports for management.
* Experiment with new platforms and channels.
* Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
* Monitor costs and return on investment.
* Collaborate with other departments (creative, copywriting, project management, etc.) to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
* Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.
* Able to stand by during the weekends to manage FB campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, managing paid social media advertising portals.
* Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
* Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.
* Passionate about ideation and in tune with Indonesia's social media trends and stories.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.
* A passion for driving business growth.
