POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll communicate with clients, learn about their needs, explain available insurance solutions, and help guide them through the application process.
You'll receive training and ongoing guidance to help you understand the products, systems, and responsibilities of the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Communicate with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
* Understand client needs and provide information about available life insurance solutions.
* Explain product features, coverage options, and application procedures.
* Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
* Follow established procedures and company guidelines.
* Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
* Maintain professional communication and follow up with clients when needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* No previous insurance experience required.
* Entry-level applicants are welcome.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable using a computer and internet connection.
* Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
* Coachable and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently in a remote environment.
* At least 18 years old.
* U.S. citizen.
* Willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
You don't need previous experience in the insurance industry to apply.
Full training, step-by-step guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help qualified candidates learn the role and develop the skills needed to succeed.
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based opportunity. Earnings are based on sales and performance and are not guaranteed. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
