About the role

Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented investment professional to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of complex investment portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on portfolio execution, rebalancing, cash management, performance analysis, and risk monitoring to ensure portfolios align with established investment strategies and client objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical expertise and thrives in a collaborative, non-client-facing role focused on portfolio management rather than investment strategy development.

In this role you will: 1. Perform portfolio management duties as assigned, including rebalancing, cash management, allocation changes, and performance reporting.  2. Manage the activities and execution of the investment functions for a variety of clients.  3. Develop portfolio allocation recommendations and oversee delivery of those recommendations.  4. Develop and monitor custom portfolio strategies.  5. Communicate with advisors (ex. emails, meetings, phone calls, etc.) regarding portfolio strategies, performance, and the market environment.  6. Provide top-level investment concierge services to existing clients.  7. Coordinate and collaborate with all firm departments to develop a wholistic plan for client engagements.  8. Support the goals and visions outlined by the Investment Committee impacting the Portfolio Management team.

Experience/Education Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field required.  2. Minimum of eight (8) years of investment or wealth management experience required. Ten (10) years preferred.   3. Four (4) years of experience in the UHNW space preferred.  4. CFA charterholder, CFP® professional, CAIA, or another approved advanced credential required.  5. Investment Adviser Representative registration eligibility required within 3 months of start date (e.g. CFP®, ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC, Series 65, or Series 66).
