Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate, evidence-based hematology/oncology care to adult patients. * Collaborate with local clinic teams, APPs, and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient experiences. * Participate in tumor boards, clinical trials, and TOI quality initiatives. * Adapt quickly to varying clinic workflows while maintaining TOI’s high standards of care. * Support mentorship and training within local teams when assigned.
Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology. * Active or eligible licensure in one or more of TOI’s service states (CA, NV, AZ, OR, FL). * Minimum of 1-year post-fellowship experience preferred, but not required. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, value-based environments.
