* Agile Methodology: Apply Agile practices to manage project deliverables, sprints, and team progress. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations, provide status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as Engineering, QA, and Product) to ensure the smooth execution of deliverables and that the solution meets the client's requirements.

* Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and challenges, working with the team to mitigate issues and ensure the project stays on track. Develop and implement contingency plans when necessary.

* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and health.

* Scope Management: Mange defined project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Manage changes in project scope and adjust project plans accordingly.

* Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and processes. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.

* Team Coordination: Ensure that all team members are aligned with the project goals and timeline. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure resources are effectively utilized.

* Training & Support: Support delivery of training materials for clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of the implemented software solution.

Required Skills:

* Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in project management, within professional services, software implementation, or consulting in a SaaS or cloud-based solution environment.

* Familiarity with modern implementation methodologies (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD) and agile development processes.

* Proven experience managing Agile software implementation projects using Scrum methodologies.

* Familiarity with software implementation life cycles, including system integration, customization, and deployment.

* Technical Skills:

* Project Management:

* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.

* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively address them.

* Leadership & Communication:

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

* Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
