About the role
Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD * Large projects over $20mm * Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts * Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors * OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
