What You'll Do:
* Act as the technical liaison to Basware, overseeing system implementation and development * Configure and maintain user roles, system settings, and P2P workflows in Basware * Ensure compliance and consistency in P2P processes across countries and regions * Lead implementation efforts, including Country-specific rollouts, Requirements analysis, System configuration, Testing and validation, and End-user training * Cut-over planning and hypercare support * Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
* Solid experience with end-to-end P2P implementation * Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and a passion for process optimization * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures * Background in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus
