About the Role
Join a B2B performance marketing team to develop data-informed ad creatives and landing pages for clients. You will shape creative strategy from initial messaging through Figma design, helping campaigns improve measurable results.
What You'll Do
* Develop creative strategies and design ads and landing pages using performance data such as click-through rates, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
* Translate B2B positioning and client offers into compelling visual designs in Figma.
* Collaborate with clients and colleagues to refine creative direction.
* Plan creative tests, develop hypotheses and variants, and evaluate results.
* Manage multiple client projects and deliver high-quality work independently and at pace.
* Use performance feedback to iterate and improve creative effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
* Experience designing performance ad creatives, with a portfolio showing your own work in Figma or comparable professional design tools.
* Demonstrated results from paid social or paid search creative, such as CTR, CPL, or structured test outcomes.
* Knowledge of B2B audiences and experience designing for Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
* Native-level German skills and the ability to manage client work independently.
* Agency experience, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary of €45,000 to €65,000. Permanent position with a six-month probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is full-time on-site.
