What You’ll Do:
* Give medications and treatments, and keep track of each resident’s health and well-being * Coordinate medical services so residents get personalized care that fits their needs * Document care accurately and report changes in condition to the RN, Director of Nursing, or provider * Keep communication open with residents, families, and staff to build trust and support * Help train and mentor care staff to improve care practices and resident satisfaction * Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations
What You’ll Need:
* Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State of Minnesota (required) * Must be 18 years of age or older * Availability every Saturday and Sunday (required) * Previous experience in senior living preferred, but not required
