* Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.

* Travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

* Previous fiber optic splicing experience preferred.

* Knowledge of fiber optic cables, splice closures, connectors, testing procedures, and telecommunications construction practices.

* Ability to read and understand fiber prints, splice diagrams, and technical documentation.

* Proficiency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly in both languages.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to work outdoors, in varying weather conditions, and in different field environments.

* Ability to travel to project locations as required.

* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if required for the assignment.

* Ability to meet the physical requirements of field work, including lifting equipment, bending, standing, and working around construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications
