Your Contribution
As a Working Student in our Knowledge Operations Team, you help turn complex product information into content that is clear, useful, and human.
You create and maintain content for our DISH Support Knowledge Base as well as Release Notes and Product Updates across 16 countries. Whether it is a tutorial, FAQ, or product update, your goal is to make information easy to understand and relevant for the people using our digital products.
AI is part of how we work. You will use AI tools and agents to support research, drafting, structuring, and improving content, while bringing the human judgment and copywriting skills needed to make great content actually feel human.
Menu of Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Create and maintain clear and engaging digital content such as tutorials, FAQ articles, Release Notes, Product Updates, and training materials. * Turn complex product and technical information into simple, human-centered content that is easy to understand. * Use AI tools and agents as part of your daily workflow to research, draft, structure, review, and improve content efficiently. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Training, and Customer Success to continuously improve digital support and learning content. * Document processes and product changes across different DISH products. * Help identify and close knowledge gaps while improving how users find and consume information within the DISH Support platform.
Ingredients for Success
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. * Very good copywriting skills and a good sense of how to make content clear, concise, and human. * Confidence in English, both written and spoken, as this is our main working language. * Curiosity and confidence in working with AI tools and agents, and a willingness to use them actively to improve the quality and efficiency of your work. * An ability to understand complex or technical topics and explain them in a simple, user-friendly way. * A proactive, structured, and reliable way of working. First exposure to content creation, knowledge management, digital products, or hospitality is a plus.
