π» Work Style: Remote π Location: Jacksonville, FL π FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) β° Schedule: Monday β Friday
Analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Supports end-users through inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assists in the development and execution of deployment plans.
Qualifications
Education * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
3+ years' experience analyzing and supporting IT applications Experience coordinating with vendors for updates and deployments
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Epic or other technical certification may be required for this position
Other Qualifications: Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring Strong user training and support skills
Knowledge of application security and compliance requirements
