About the Role:
We’re hiring Account Advisors to help individuals and small businesses with tailored financial solutions. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate options and make confident decisions. Core Responsibilities * Engage with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups * Understand each client’s financial goals and decision-making process * Recommend solutions that align with their needs * Guide clients through onboarding and product implementation * Maintain accurate records in CRM tools * Support clients with regular check-ins and ongoing service
Qualifications * High school diploma or college degree preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable working independently * Experience in client service or sales is a plus but not required
