Job Description
We are seeking experienced Military Operations and Reporting Specialists to review and evaluate DoD reports and operational documentation for AI training projects. The role focuses on military reporting procedures, information analysis, and accurate executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Review military and DoD reports for accuracy and clarity. * Evaluate AI-generated reports and provide detailed feedback. * Prepare realistic military reporting examples and scenarios. * Analyze information from multiple teams and create executive updates. * Ensure correct military terminology and reporting standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of U.S. Department of Defense experience. * Experience preparing reports for senior military or DoD leadership. * Familiarity with WARs, SITREPs, AARs, and project status reports. * Background in military operations, planning, program management, or headquarters staff. * Strong written communication and analytical skills. * Experience as an Operations Officer/NCO, Plans Officer, Staff Officer, or Executive Officer is preferred.
