Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Providing compassionate personal care and emotional support * Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team * Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation * Supporting meal service and hydration needs * Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members * Creating positive, meaningful interactions with residents and families * Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing * Current CPR certification preferred * Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team * Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resident care * Ability to read and speak English
