About the Opportunity Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Service Areas: Passaic County, including Clifton, Passaic, Wayne, and surrounding communities.
Compensation * $45.00 per hour for nursing shifts * $85.00 per LPN visit
Scheduling Opportunities We are looking for LPNs with availability for: * Weekday shifts * Weekend shifts * Day shifts * Overnight shifts
Assignments are based on patient needs and nurse availability.
Requirements * Active New Jersey LPN license * Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting * Current BLS certification * Authorization to work in the United States * Physical examination completed within the past 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years * Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical exemption * Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: * Ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) care * Medical-Surgical * Home Care
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is preferred but not required.
