About the role

Mobileye is seeking a Lead System Integration and Testing expert to drive integration, verification, and deployment of features across advanced Mobileye platforms for automotive OEMs. As a lead engineer, you will set the technical direction for integration and test activities, mentor engineers, resolve cross-team dependencies, and ensure robust, verified deployment into production ECUs.

What will your job look like?

* Define and drive the integration and test strategy for features across multi-SoC ECU platforms. * Liaise with OEMs to align on integration and test requirements. * Lead root-cause analysis and debugging of complex integration/test failures, setting the technical approach for the wider team. * Coordinate with internal and external software suppliers to align integration/test milestones with deployment timelines. * Work with hardware and software teams to identify, track, and resolve integration dependencies and defects. * Set up and commission new lab environments, and manage existing lab infrastructure. * Establish and maintain test strategy, test cases, test reports, and traceability documentation. * Provide technical mentorship and review guidance to other integration/test engineers, without formal people-management responsibility. * Contribute to the development of cutting-edge automotive products, including semi and fully autonomous vehicles.

All you need is:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field. * At least 7+ years of experience in system integration and testing, with demonstrated technical leadership. * In-depth knowledge of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture. * Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder interactions. * Proven track record leading integration/test efforts on complex, multi-SoC systems. * Familiarity with relevant industry standards, test methodologies, and homologation processes. * Willingness to travel within Germany/Europe for workshops. * Proficient in English.

Nice to have:

* Experience leading test execution and validation for multi-SoC ECU deployments. * Knowledge of ECU debugging, secure boot, and system hardening. * Conflict resolution skills for design and test-related decision-making. * Proficiency in German is a plus.
