Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain QMS documents: quality policy, manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates * Interview process owners to capture real workflows * Align documents to ISO 9001:2015 clauses (4-10), including documented information requirements (clause 7.5) * Produce bilingual (English/Spanish) documents where needed, or coordinate translation and review * Support internal audits, management reviews, and external certification or surveillance audits by supplying records and answering documentation questions * Standardize document formats, style, and terminology across sites * Build visual aids such as flowcharts, process maps, and checklists
