Our CNAs are essential members of the Nursing Team. You’ll have a real voice in everyday care planning and in delivering care that fits each resident’s individual needs. What you’ll do
As a CNA, you’ll help residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living in ways that meet their needs. You’ll care for the whole person: social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. Day to day, you will:
* Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect * Get to know each resident’s preferences so you can personalize their care * Document care accurately and promptly report any changes or concerns to the right team members * Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures * Keep your supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition * Support the team with other duties as needed
What you bring
* Active CNA certification in good standing [Colorado, or your state] * Experience in long-term care or memory care (preferred) * Genuine compassion and patience for older adults, including those living with dementia * Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude * Reliability and attention to detail
