The Role Involves - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Take part in continued mentorship and team development
What You'll Need - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Customer service background helpful but not required - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Authorized to work in the United States
