$21.00-$24.00/hour | Entry-Level Friendly

What You’ll Do:
* Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day * Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility) * Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries) * Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed * Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times * Ride along during transportation to support the participant

What We’re Looking For:
* 18+ years old * Patient, dependable, and compassionate * Strong communication skills * Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred, not required) * Comfortable working independently in the community * Able to pass background check & Live Scan
