We are seeking a dependable and caring Full-Time Night Shift CNA to provide exceptional, person-centered support while helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the night.
Compensation
Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)
What You’ll Do
* Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility * Support residents with dignity, patience, and respect * Assist with transfers, positioning, and other care needs * Observe and promptly communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team * Respond to resident needs throughout the night with attentiveness and compassion * Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment * Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident-centered care
What We’re Looking For
* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification * A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work effectively and independently during night shift * A commitment to providing excellent care while preserving each resident’s dignity and independence * Ability to read and speak English
