Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in North Bergen, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services
* Exclusive school placement * Hours: 8:30am-3:15pm * Pay: $28-$30/hour * Compensation for the full school day, including lunch.
Requirements:
* RBT certification * Experience working in school setting
Responsibilities:
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism or other developmental disabilities. * Collect and record data on student progress and behavior. * Provide direct one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during school activities. * Support students with academic tasks and social skills development.
