About the role

Position Overview  Topaz HR Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our international workforce and client accounts. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, offshore employees, recruiting, HR, and finance, ensuring employee information, onboarding, payroll inputs, billing details, and client communication remain accurate and consistent. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and identifies issues before they become larger problems.

About Topaz HR Global  Topaz HR Global builds and manages offshore teams for U.S.-based businesses. We currently support approximately 250–300 employees across the Philippines and the Dominican Republic, helping clients build reliable, high-performing teams while managing the operational infrastructure behind them. Topaz HR Global is part of Topaz HR, an outsourced HR and people operations firm supporting growing, owner-led businesses.

Responsibilities

* Manage the employee lifecycle for global employees, including offers, documentation, onboarding, employee changes, performance coordination, and offboarding.  * Coordinate new-hire onboarding, including equipment, system access, client introductions, training, and first-30-day follow-up.  * Oversee timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and payroll inputs to ensure accurate and timely processing.  * Maintain regular communication with clients regarding employee performance, staffing needs, concerns, and upcoming workforce requirements.  * Monitor attendance, engagement, performance, retention, and attrition trends and coordinate appropriate follow-up.  * Maintain an accurate master workforce roster containing employee assignments, compensation, billing rates, start dates, and employment status.  * Coordinate employee and workforce changes with finance to support accurate client billing and payroll administration.  * Partner with recruiting and internal teams on new requisitions while developing repeatable processes that support continued growth.

Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, workforce operations, HR operations, or a related environment.  * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple employees, clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence communicating directly with clients and business owners.  * Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data-management skills with exceptional attention to accuracy.  * Proactive, accountable, and comfortable independently identifying issues and making sound decisions.  * Experience working with international teams and flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones when necessary.  * Spanish or Tagalog language skills and familiarity with U.S. HR, payroll, or employment practices are helpful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary range of $70,000–$80,000, based on experience.  * Full-time, in-office position based in West Orange, NJ.  * Opportunity to take ownership of a growing global operation and help build scalable processes as the organization expands.

What Success Looks Like  Within the first 90 days, the Global Operations Manager will have established a reliable workforce roster, standardized the onboarding process, created a consistent client communication cadence, improved visibility into workforce trends, and taken ownership of routine Global operations to ensure issues are addressed proactively and consistently.
