We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller- Payor Account Representative, who thrives in a team-focused environment and is committed to providing excellent service to patients and staff.

Responsibilities * Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims * Resolve unpaid, denied, or rejected claims * File appeals and process refunds when appropriate * Assist patients with billing and insurance questions * Maintain knowledge of insurance policies and billing procedures * Work claim edits, validations, and clearinghouse issues * Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards * Support team workflow and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications * Medical billing certification or Minimum 1 year healthcare experience * Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment * Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment * Knowledge of eCW EMR a plus, but willing to train
