Position Summary: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as full-time janitorial staff in Shorter, Alabama.
Job Responsibilities:
* Sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting * Cleaning blinds, desks, counters, and other surfaces * Emptying trash receptacles * Performing other general cleaning tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
* Valid ID and Social Security card * Reliable transportation * Availability to work at various locations * Prior cleaning experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions * Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally * Must pass a background check
Compensation:
* Starting pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour (based on job assignment, experience, and location) * Expected hours: At least 35 hours per week

Work Schedule:
* 8-hour shifts available (day, evening, night, and overnight) * Year-round work * Monday through Friday, with occasional holiday shifts
