Key responsibilities include:
* Supervise and support maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of work orders * Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards * Oversee service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs * Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members * Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff * Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.

Qualifications
We are seeking a maintenance leader with strong technical knowledge and team leadership experience.
* Experience in apartment, hotel, hospital, or hospitality maintenance * Supervisory experience in leading a maintenance team * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Good communication and customer service abilities * EPA certification or HVAC certification * Experience with preventative maintenance programs
